The ballroom was most likely designed around the antique 19th Century red silk tapestry based on 16th Century patterns. The ornate circular latticed doorway and the ornamented vaulted ceiling of gold leaf and turquoise carvings are as spectacular as the original parquet flooring. Pearl grey silk peau-de-soie curtains and matching ballroom chairs compliment the tapestry.
