Fair Chance transforms the lives of children living in poverty in Washington DC by providing selected youth organizations with yearlong intensive one on one training and coaching to strengthen and improve their organizational effectiveness, increase their internal capacity and position them for long term sustainability.
Founded in 2002, Fair Chance has achieved amazing success in just seven short years. Fair Chance has partnered with 40 organizations impacting the lives of over 20,000 children.
Thanks to Fair Chance, 93% of the organizations that Fair Chance has worked with are still thriving.
In addition, on average, as a result of the Fair Chance partnership each Fair Chance partner is able to double the number of children they are able to serve and triple the amount of money raised annually.
