Get Out and Give Back: A Non-Profit Strategy For Haiti

Leaders from IMPACT Silver Spring, Mercy Corps, TransAfrica Forum, Partners in Health and the Lambi Fund of Haiti updated nearly 25 individual and institutional donors on their relief efforts, both ongoing and future. The Black Philanthropic Alliance sponsored the event, held at the Eugene and Agnes E. Meyer Foundation, on February 18. The Community Foundation for the National Capital Region, the Eugene and Agnes E. Meyer Foundation, Black Benefactors, Hispanics in Philanthropy and the Moriah Fund co-sponsored the event.
