On November 11th, 2010, DC Central Kitchen is once again bringing the brightest stars from the food industry together for a unique night of good food and friendly competition.
Today, DCCK and presenting-sponsor Walmart are excited to reveal that Victor Albisu from BLT Steak, Will Artley from Evening Star Café and Scott Drewno from the Source have accepted the challenge and will compete on the Food Fight stage. These talented, local chefs will be competing in 10-minute “Iron Chef”-style battles.
Chairman of the Capital Food Fight Jose Andres will host the evening, along with No Reservation’s Anthony Bourdain.
A panel of celebrity chefs, including celebrated chef Michael Mina, and Top Chef’s Tom Colicchio, will be on hand to judge the chefs’ creations.
