Gregory Pryor: Vapour Trails features new and recent paintings, works on paper and installations.

Gregory Pryor is a close observer and sensitive recorder of the world. An artist, historian, writer and traveller, Pryor is fascinated with natural and cultural systems.

Language, the natural sciences, faith traditions, art and poetry all absorb him.

His paintings and installations evoke sweeping vistas of history and geography while serving as archives of things momentary and fleeting. Arrayed en masse, these works register at once the minute and the monumental
