It’s the year of the rabbit! And with the Chinese New Year beginning February 6th, Chinatown’s Ping Pong Dim Sum is serving up a specialty menu in honor of the month surrounding the new year, focusing on bringing luck, fortune and the coming of spring. Executive Chef, departs from the traditional menu to create a Beef Shitake Mushroom Rice Pot as well as White Fish & Seaweed Roll with Spicy Sesame Sauce (eaten for happiness and prosperity). For dessert, a Chinese Chocolate Brownie and Blood Orange Sorbet, which represents wealth and good fortune.
