The Washington Kastles will kick off their 2011 season July 5th with some very notable names joining their team and a brand new home stadium.

Washington Kastles fans have a lot to be excited about with the 2011 World Team Tennis schedule being revealed this week and their new draft picks Venus Williams, Serena Williams and Sam Querrey. The Kastles will host seven home matches in their first year at their new stadium at The Wharf. Venus Williams will kick off the season on Tuesday, July 5th with a game against the Kansas City Explorers. The next home game will be with her sister Serena, playing the Boston Lobsters. Season tickets for the Kastles provide tickets to all seven home matches and playoff matches. Holders will also be invited to a special tennis clinic at the stadium, held by Kastles head coach and tennis personality, Murphy Jensen. This years season will run until July 24th.
