2941 celebrates Mother’s Day with an elegant three-course menu prepared specially for the occasion by Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel. Priced at $68 per person, not including tax and gratuity, the Mother’s Day menu will be offered on Sunday, May 8, 2011 from 11:30 AM – 8 PM. Children under the age of 12 can enjoy a three-course children’s menu for $25 per child. Guests will be presented with a fine array of choices within each course. Appetizers include jumbo green asparagus with duck prosciutto and pea agnolotti with braised morels. Main courses include dishes such as bacalao with English peas and bacon and roasted veal loin with sweet barley risotto.

Executive Chef Douglas Anderson is planning a feast fit for a queen with his Mother’s Day brunch extravaganza at Seasons restaurant. Priced at $100 per person, not including tax and gratuity, the special brunch will be served from 10 AM – 3 PM. Food stations catering to every craving will include tables for made-to-order omelets, seafood, salads, cheese, hot sides and a carving station.

Estadio will be serving their regular brunch and dinner menu on Sunday May 8, 2011 from 11 AM – 2 PM and 5 PM – 9 PM respectively. Brunch lovers will enjoy Executive Chef Haidar Karoum‘s Spanish accented brunch dishes such as fried hen eggs with chorizo and morcilla hash, warm Spanish toast with walnut butter and Vermont maple syrup and grilled hangar steak and eggs with patatas bravas. For dinner, guests can choose from a range of tapas including sandwiches, cheeses, charcuterie and soup.

This Mother’s Day, Executive Chef Scott Drewno is serving a special family-style dim sum tasting menu. Priced at $65 per person, brunch includes a glass of champagne or non-alcoholic cocktail, but is not inclusive of tax and gratuity. The family-style dim sum menu will be the only menu offered at The Source on Sunday. The menu will be offered from 11: 30 AM – 3:00 PM and children under the age of 10 will receive a 50% discount at the family-friendly brunch. Entrees include Asian-influences specialties such as Shanghai street noodles with Kobe beef short ribs and Singapore chili prawns with roasted bao.
