Even if you’re not Italian, the idea of a carb-loaded family feast every Sunday night sounds pretty appealing. It sounds like sheer genius when you find out that somebody else is willing to do all the hard work.

That guy is Rustico’s executive chef Steve Mannino, who will be serving hearty, heartwarming Italian-American fare at his Family Table dinners every Sunday night from 5:30 – 8 p.m.

Meals begin with seasonal bruschetta followed by an individual Caesar or garden salad. Each week, Mannino will prepare a classic entrée taken from his grandmother’s recipe book, including such favorites as chicken Parmesan with baked ziti and Bolognese with gnocchi. The meal finishes with a selection of biscotti by executive pastry chef Tiffany MacIsaac. Actually, this sounds like genius squared.

In order to enjoy this family affair, the entire table must participate in the meal deal, which is per adult and for children (not including tax and gratuity).
