Performing Arts: Capital City Showcase Returns

The next Capital City Showcase presents DC’s top entertainers on January 25.

Beat the winter blues and head out for a night of laughs and pure entertainment. The Capital City Showcase is a variety show featuring DC’s top comedians, bands and musicians. Hosted by Christian Hunt, the event will feature acoustic sets from Harris Face, Adrian Krygowski and Rene Moffatt followed by a rock performance from Silence The Giants. Nationally touring comedian Tim Young will join a lineup of DC Improv performers including Shahryar Rizvi, Emily Ruskowski and Kasaun Wilson.

The next showcase is at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25 at Riot Act Comedy Theater in Penn Quarter. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit the Capital City Showcase website.
