Slim down for summer by getting in shape this spring. Washington Sports Clubs is featuring a new small group fitness class, UXF.
The four-week course aims to improve flexibility, agility, strength and endurance. Participants are encouraged to progress at their own pace by using equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, ropes and bars. By combining strength training and cardio conditioning, UXF provides a well-rounded workout.
UXF is offered at all 18 locations in the metro area. Washington Sports Clubs is currently running a promotion of 50 percent off the registration price.
