Make good on those New Year’s resolutions with a little help from Flywheel Sports. Kicking off January 25, the Dupont studio is offering a four-week fitness program to help you recharge, refocus and get toned.

The comprehensive challenge offers more than just workouts. Perks include personal FLY coaches, complimentary guest credits, curated nutrition plans courtesy of SELF magazine contributors and registered dieticians C&J Nutrition and 15% off when you sign up with a friend.
