This year's Ball 2000,themed after the bard's "As You Like It," honored local politicians and international ambassadors alike with an evening on itsglorious stage, the second largest in the nation. Sir christopher Meyer, Ambassador oh the United Kingdom, was the honoraryco-chair of the ball, which benefits Wolf Trap's educational programs for disadvantaged young children.
