| Ready to Rumble This year’s event brought over two thousand of the nation’sbusiness and government leaders to the WashingtonHilton for the annual Fight Night “black-tie smoker.”Guests were first greeted with an elegant cocktail receptionin the hotel’s ballroom foyer, then escorted to the ballroomwhere they feasted on a first class gourmet dinner. Masterof Ceremonies Jim Gibson began the program with thepresentation of colors by the U.S. Marine Color Guard, acelebrity rendition of the National Anthem, and a spectac-ularlaser show and introduction of “The Legends ofBoxing.” Legendary announcer Michael Buffer made surethe guests were “ready to rumble” throughout the evening’sprofessional boxing matches.
