Washingtonians can sample international wine and cuisine this winter without leaving town at the first annual Capital Wine Festival. Hosted by The Fairfax at Embassy Row, the event offers opportunities to enjoy wine and food pairings prepared by Jockey Club chef Levi Mezick, through March.
