Wine Class for Beginners (part 2) : Building a Wine Expertise

This wine class is the follow up from part 1.

We will focus on key information about the world of wine:

  • Main wine regions and their differences,
  • Main grapes and blends,
  • Principles of food and wine pairing,
  • Differences between new world and old world wines,
  • Wine etiquette and the meaning of wine pricing.

After this presentation, we will be tasting six wines along with cheeses and crackers. At the end of the session, you will finish the wines with a plate of hot appetizers.
