Capital Food Fight 2010

On November 11th, 2010, DC Central Kitchen is once again bringing the brightest stars from the food industry together for a unique night of good food and friendly competition.

Today, DCCK and presenting-sponsor Walmart are excited to reveal that Victor Albisu from BLT Steak, Will Artley from Evening Star Café and Scott Drewno from the Source have accepted the challenge and will compete on the Food Fight stage.

A fourth chef will be named this fall.

These talented, local chefs will be competing in 10-minute “Iron Chef”-style battles.
