Benefiting Sarah’s Circle, a nonprofit provider of affordable housing and supportive service for very low-income senior citizens, the Circle of Life Award event will feature fantastic hors d’oeuvres, an open beer and wine bar, music and dancing, and a silent auction. Virginia Ali, owner of Ben’s Chili Bowl, will be honored for her tireless commitment to making Washington, DC a better place to live.
