Gentleman, before you navigate away from this page, remember when that blind date you were on last weekend guessed you were 40 when you’re really 24? Yeah. Turns out skin health matters to you too. That’s why I’ve decided to start the beauty clinic series with our most important accessory for summer — our skin. Below are only a few of my essentials that might just become your essentials too. Please note that every single product I mention I have personally tested or know people who swear by it. And most importantly, everything on this list is body and budget friendly.
This week, we’re only talking about ways to get your skin squeaky clean. The right cleanser can change your skin and your life. The key, regardless of skin type, is to be gentle and help the skin retain its natural moisture all at the same time. Here are a few things that do just that and do it well:
MAC Cleansing Toilette’s
Amino acids and sugar sweep away foundation, eye shadow, and mascara without over drying. Pick them up at Macy’s or MAC Cosmetics stores.
Deitanseki Japanese Clay Soap
Love this soap! Perfect for summer months. Cleanses the face, moisturizes and the healing wonders of clay tighten pores.
Cleopatra’s Choice
Cleopatra’s Choice is a hidden jewel in skincare. Their products come from all over the world and will make you feel like a jetsetter without ever leaving your computer.
Every Man Jack
This product is great for guys who don’t want to spend a ton of money but want great skin care. Every Man Jack products wont dry your skin and are made with natural ingredients.
