A professional artist panel from Jane Franklin Dance will host a one night performance at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre.

Jane Franklin Dance will present a one-night performance on April 2nd, celebrating modern forms of movement. Dance Sampler will be presented by six distinguished choreographers: Wayles Haynes, Nancy Havlik (Dance Performance Group), Diana Movius, Meghan Pilling, Orit Sherman (Ari-Den Dance Company) and members of Jane Franklin Dance. Each featured artist has created a theme delivered sequentially.
Solos and group dynamics will tackle urban isolation, breaking from hurried daily routines and elements of humor and grief.
There will be two performances on April 2nd at 5pm and 8pm at the Melton Rehearsal Hall at Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company (641 D St. NW). Tickets available ($25 or $20 for advanced purchase) online, by phone at 703.933.1111 or at the door.
