The twice-annual District Sample Sale returns for its 11th event on Monday, September 26th. At 1919 M Street, NW, fashionistas will find clothing and shoes from more than hundreds of designers, including Tory Burch, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Joie, at discounts up to 90% off. Top designer boutiques will be previewing their upcoming season collections at prices offered exclusively at the District Sample Sale. Shoppers can browse the sale while sipping on cocktails and snacking on hors d’oeuvres from local restaurants. The sale will feature a pavilion with jewelry, accessories, fashion-focused art and hair-primping stations from top area salon one80 Salon. Guests may also participate in a silent auction and raffle and visit its renowned Georgetown Cupcake dessert bar.

The District Sample Sale Foundation was founded by Shannon Haley, Liberty Jones, Barbara Martin, Jayne Sandman and Mary Amons. Every season, the foundation donates 100% of the profits to a different charity. This fall, the proceeds will go to WEAVE, a non-profit organization that provides counseling and legal services to domestic violence survivors.

General Admission tickets are $40, VIP tickets are $100 and Benefactress sponsor tickets are $250. For more information about participating boutiques, restaurants and sponsors, click here.
