This weekend is dad’s big day. In addition to the ties and pocket squares, here are a few choice additions he’s sure to appreciate.
Hip dads may already know South London’s The XX and Brooklyn’s Grizzly Bear. For those not familiar, this concert at one of the area’s finer outdoor venues could be the alternative edge an otherwise standard holiday weekend needs.

With outdoor games, entertainment, art exhibits, and food, you’ll wish you had every weekend to spend with dad on the lake. And you can. LakeFest kicks off this year’s Columbia Festival of the Arts, which showcases the area’s creative scene through June 29. More hands-on fathers can even take part in several artistic workshops.
