You had us at “poutine fries.” That and much more are popping up on the popup burger bar menu at this Clifton landmark. In addition to hefty burgers like the surf n’ turf (28-day dry-aged Angus beef and a lobster tail) and the Miami Cuban with Serrano ham, Chef Austin Fausett is serving up truffle mac ‘n’ cheese and adult milkshakes. We’ve got dibs on the maple bacon shake with a shot of Bourbon for an extra fiver.

AFI has just the ticket for those of us suffering from a particularly bad case of spring fever this season. With spring training just around the corner, the theater and cultural center has a months’ long festival of America’s pastime on deck. Start out this weekend with the irrepressible “Bad News Bears” before graduating to “Bull Durham,” “A League of Their Own” and “Moneyball.” The festival even mixes in a few not-to-be-missed documentaries.
