In part one, we previewed all the best parties and events leading up to the White House Correspondents Association’s 100th annual dinner. In our second and final installment, we cover the pre-party to end all pre-parties and the breakfast, er brunch, of WHCAD weekend champions.

Saturday, May 3 — The big show

11 a.m.
Lindsay Lohan
turned the tables last year at this A-list a.m. gathering when she took photos of the paparazzi for a change. A WHCAD fixture for more than 20 years, the brunch began as a small gathering in Haddad’s backyard.

Since then, it regularly draws luminaries like Kevin Spacey, Michael J. Fox and David and Susan Axelrod. This year’s brunch celebrates the opening of Dog Tag Bakery, which helps veterans transition to civilian life and get job training, and honors Blue Star Families, which supports military families. Co-hosts include Hilary Rosen, Steve Case, Mark Ein, Alex Castellanos, Anita Dunn, Franco Nuschese and many others.

The mother of all pre-parties draw anyone who’s anyone at the Washington Hilton leading into the official dinner.

For true A-list — not to mention Power List — head-turners, there’s no other place to be than here, flitting from one hospitality suite to another, hosted by CBS News, Atlantic Media and National Journal Group. Last year, “House of Cards” stars including Kevin Spacey made the rounds, along with Washington native Olivia Wilde, Olivia Munn, Nicole Kidman, Bradley Cooper, Harvey Weinstein, Fred Armisen, John Legend, and too many more to list.

After the last joke is told at the dinner, guests (and others) head here where MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow shakes up cocktails and the cable channel’s many hosts and journos, including Chuck Todd, Rev. Al Sharpton, Ed Schultz chat with Hollywood heavyweights like Sharon Stone and Michael Douglas. This year, MSNBC’s newest host Ronan Farrow is expected to make an appearance along with Today Show’s Matt Lauer, Chris Hayes and more with DJ BRyte spinning and bites by Washington’s Occasions Catering.

Bloomberg/Vanity Fair After Party
11:30 p.m.
Those lucky enough to score an invitation to this exclusive after party close out a packed day of partying in true style.

Though typically held at the French ambassador’s residence, this year, the Italians take over the reins. Paul Rudd, Katy Perry and Julia Louis-Dreyfus mingled with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Attorney General Eric Holder at last year’s festivities.
