The season’s biggest annual holiday music in the District, the iHeartRadio HOT 99.5 Jingle Ball 2024, got music fans in the spirit at the Capitol One Arena. High-powered performances from some of today’s biggest artists included Tate McRae, Meghan Trainor, The Kid LAROI, Teddy Swims, Kesha, Jason Derulo, Gracie Abrams, Dasha, Isabel LaRosa and P1Harmony. With light-up reindeer antlers glowing throughout the stadium, and camera flashlights swaying, audience members from the floor to the second balcony danced, sang, and screamed with holiday elation all night long.
Tate McRae closed out the show to her hits “Exes,” “It’s Ok Im Ok,” “You Broke Me First,” “Run for the Hills,” “2 Hands,” and “Greedy.” Meghan Trainor strutted in a Mrs. Clause-inspired outfit performing fan favorites “Me Too,” “Dear Future Husband,” “Been Like This,” “Criminals,” and “Made You Look.” And fans went wild when Gracie Abrams, whose career is in overdrive, took the stage performing “Risk,” “I Love You I’m Sorry,” “Let It Happen,” “That’s So True,” and “Close To You.”
