Eden Lounge
Who: This lounge is the ideal spot for clubbers and partygoers.
What: This lounge just recently opened its doors in D.C. this past June. The spot features 4 levels, an incomparable rooftop terrace, and holds approximately 400 guests. With 3 live DJ’s, what better place to party all night long?

When to Go: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday feature un-beatable drink specials, food and music.
Marvin Bistro and Bar
Who: Executive Chef James Claudio is responsible for the highly reputable Belgian/American South cuisine (inspired by Marvin’s early life), and Thievery Corporation’s Eric Hilton spinning beats.
What: An oustanding bistro and outdoor rooftop bar inspired by the life and times of the legendary Marvin Gaye. The partially open-air, partially covered rooftop deck bustles with hipsters and Marvin Gaye lovers.
Where: 2007 14th Street, NW, Washington D.C.; Historic Shaw Neighborhood
When to Go: Wednesday, Fridays, and Saturdays are the hottest nights to go.
Local 16 Restaurant and Lounge
Who: Executive Chef Eric McKamey creates the exceptional concoction of fresh ingredients.
What: A delectable mixture of American and Italian cuisine, with all locally grown organic meat products and vegetables. Their Happy Hour Liquid Therapy drink specials feature organic ingredients; making it a great reason to stop by after work to enjoy the last moments of daylight on their rooftop bar. Perk? When to Go: Dinner only lounge; serving food from 5-10 Sunday through Wednesday and 5-11 Thursday through Saturday. The bar is is open till 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays- making it a great place for a late-night rendezvous. Wednesay, Friday, and Saturday are the best nights to see and be seen.
Eighteenth Street Lounge
Who: Theivery Corporation’s Eric Hilton and Rob Garza co-own this greatly kept secret. With no sign on the door- you know its just that cool.
What: Great drinks and cocktails at surprisingly moderate prices. Eighteenth Street Lounge has lived up to its reputation as the number one hotspot in D.C. For those of us who are music fanatics, this is the place to be. The crowd boasts everyone who is anyone. Come dressed to impress; this lounge is known for its tight door policy.
Where: 1212 18th St. NW, Washington, D.C.; Dupont Circle
When to Go: The best late-night spot in town. You can’t miss Reggae night on Wednesdays, featuring See-I and several various DJ’s. Each night features a different genre of music. Open Tuesday through Sunday.
P.O.V. at the W Hotel Washington
Who: Fashionistas and jet-setters occupy this lavish area.
What: This ultra-chic spot exemplifies the very best views that Washington has to offer. Located on the rooftop of the world-renowned W Hotel, P.O.V. is exquisitly decorated and the place for people-watching. Fantastic cocktails and full menu of delicious plates for sharing.
Where: 515 15th Street NW, F St. Between 14th and 15th Street Washington, D.C.
When to Go: Fridays and Saturdays are hoppin’ at P.O.V. Expect a line out the door of people waiting to get ‘OK’d’ by the doorman.
Masa 14
Who: People looking to enjoy an extended stay at Masa 14 post a delicious meal will soon be able to venture over to their outdoor rooftop section.
What: Chef’s Antonio Burrell, Richard Sandoval, and Kaz Okochi’s Asian-fusion tapas cuisine has guests raving for more. The highly anticipated rooftop deck is set to open around mid August. The deck extends restaurant seating to the outdoors and also features a great bar. This highly acclaimed restaurant has outstanding drinks and an exceptionally great Mojito.
