Sarukhan, Washington National Opera presents its annual Midwinter event, this year the “Midwinter Fiesta,” Oaxaca: Land of Magic and Color. Organized by the Women’s Committee of WNO, co-chairs Alison Bibbee and Jessica Melugin will host this colorful evening celebrating Mexico through the ages.
