On January 23rd at Sunday Night Suppers across the city, nationally renowned chefs will cook intimate dinners for guests in 15 DC homes.
Each dinner will pair two chefs preparing locally sourced meals while dinner hosts lead discussions about the role of food in nourishing our health, economy and environment.
Tickets are $500.
Participating chefs include: Jose Andres, Alice Waters, as well as Elisabeth Bourgeois from France, Julian Medina from New York and Alon Shaya from New Orleans, and DC’s own Todd Gray from Equinox, Brian McBride from Blue Duck Tavern, Robert Weland from Poste, Jeff Buben from Vidalia, Kaz Okochi and Antonio Burrell from Masa 14, Cathal Armstrong from Restaurant Eve, Nicholas Stefanelli from Bibiana, Will Artley from Evening Star Cafe, Graham Bartlett from Zengo, Daniel Giusti from 1789, Shannon Overmiller from The Majestic Café, David Varley from Bourbon Steak, Scott Drewno from Wolfgang Puck’s The Source and many more.Date: January 23, 2011
