C. Japanese restaurants to raise funds for Japan disaster relief.
KAZ Sushi Bistro, Sushi Taro, Kushi, Sei Sushi, and Matuba Will All Lend Their Talented Chefs for Fundraiser to Benefit Relief International
WHAT: A culinary tour de force hosted by Chef Eric Ziebold and CityZen Restaurant, including the talented chefs from KAZ Sushi Bistro, Sushi Taro, Kushi, Sei Sushi, and Matuba respectively, will come together in support of Relief International’s Japanese Disaster efforts. The event will also receive support and sponsorship from Washington Life Magazine and the Asia Society of Washington, D.C. The evening will include both a silent and live auction with one-of-a-kind lots such as a private dinner for 10 prepared, in-home by Chef Ziebold and his long time Japanese Sous Chef Makoto.
