Options include the 901 House Salad, a modest bed of lettuce tossed with toasted sunflower-sprinkled goat cheese, fire-roasted red peppers, and the signature plum ginger dressing (all for a reasonable $7), or their $11 grilled chipotle chicken sandwich, which comes with chipotle aioli instead of mustard, and jalapeno jack cheese instead of the generic pepper variety. There’s a properly portioned serving of their popular Japanese tuna tempura with whipped avocado, and even roasted duck packed into a convenient quesadilla.
