What do you get the kid that has everything? Custom Tom Ford shoes! Check out Blue Ivy’s first pair

Last year, famous graffiti artist Kidult spray painted “ART” across Marc Jacobs’ Soho store, causing Marc Jacobs to retaliate by taking a picture, printing it on shirts and selling it for $686 a pop. Well, it looks as though the artistic feud isn’t over. See the latest store tagging and what Mr. Jacobs has done about it this time.

… and while some take to tagging stores, others steal from them. Find out which former Tiffany & Co.’s former exec stole $1.3 million in jewels.

For all you Christian Lacroix couture fans… he’s BACK! Although not for sale, this 18-piece collection was his first in almost four years and was a complete tribute to Elsa Schiaparelli.

A new collaboration is in the works and it’s all about your phone. Kate Moss will collaborate with U.K. retailer Carphone Warehouse on a line of mobile phone cases.

Still not convinced fashion and electronics can collide? Find out which former YSL CEO has been poached by Apple to head up “special projects” for the technology giant.

First a video game and then immortalization via a tokidoki statue… I’d ask what Karl Lagerfeld hasn’t touched, but I’m afraid he’ll find my list and then he’ll be everywhere. (Writer’s Note: OK… if anyone got this for me as a present, I don’t know that I’d complain. Click this link to buy now.)

Latest Shows

June fashion shows were all about women. Last week, it was all about men… and boys. See which designer closed out their show with twin boys looking quite dapper. Don’t forget to check out the latest looks from this show here.

While you’re at it, you can see some of the best looks from men’s fashion week here.

Still, now that Resort Wear 2014 and Men’s Ready-to-Wear 2014 is fresh off the runway, it was onto my personal favorite — the couture shows. See below for the latest from some of my favorite designers:

  • Dior Couture: While the clothes were soft tones, the eyes and lips popped. See the look here.
  • Chanel Couture: The looks were quite the contrast, against the “Old World” feel.
  • Armani Privé: The elegant collection was quite reminiscent of the 1920s, and included such embellishments as pompoms and feathers. Also, don’t miss those “hair croissants” that seem to work well with the looks.
  • Gaultier Couture: I’ve always loved Gaultier for his eccentric, whimsical style. He didn’t disappoint this year, especially with the leopard print hair.
  • Maison Martin Margiela: His often over-the-top designs always have one staple — facemasks.
  • Valentino: Right up there with Dior in my book, the label never fails to impress with its feminine, yet striking designs.
  • Viktor & Rolf Couture: It was all about one color and capes.

Shopping

Summertime doesn’t necessarily mean short dresses, skirts and well, lots of leg. It also means flowy, feminine maxi dresses. Here are 19 flattering, non-bohemian maxi dresses.

What if you’re not sure what to do about that very seasonal color, white? Take a look at some of the best pieces for summer.

Need a pop of color to go with that white outfit? How about some fun sunglasses.

… and think you’re alone with your wardrobe phobias? You’re not. Check out some of these quotes from the Women’s Wear Daily staff. It looks as though many of them are much more paranoid than we are.

… while we’re on the subject of paranoia… want to become invisible to surveillance or even paparazzi?  Adam Harvey can help you. The artist’s “stealth wear,” is made of a special fabric that he says can help reduce your “thermal footprint.” It seems we’ve advanced, since the days of Hyper-color…

Not really in the mood to shop but tired of recycling the same garment? Give it a second life by dyeing it.  It’s become the newest craze in adding life to garments you may have had forever and can’t seem to part with.
