Aging But Not Old

British Ambassador Sir Christopher Meyer and Lady Meyer hosted the twelfth anniversary Arts for the Aging gala at their residence on October 17, 2000. Founded twelve years ago by Lolo Sarnoff, a well-known sculptor, Arts for the Aging enhances the lives of physically and psychologically-impaired elderly citizens by offering visual and performing arts activities, cultural outings, lectures, exhibits and classes. Proceeds from the benefit will allow AFTA to continue its artistic outreach programs to thousands of senior citizens with Alzheimer’s and other age-related infirmities.
