Back to the Future Initially rescheduled because of a surprise snowstorm, T.H.E. Artist Agency’s Millennium Costume Ballstill proved to be a noteworthy event. Over 400 local models, stylists, celebrities, fashion-industryexecutives, and Washington’s most fashionable gathered at Cities restaurant in Adams-Morgan to showcasethe newest styles as well as classic looks from decades past. Judges bestowed Best Costume awards on aselect group of attendees in the categories of Best Decade, Most Original, Sexiest, Best Austin Powers,Most Creative, Grooviest, Chicest, Best Couple, and overall Best Costume (which was awarded to Josephineand Napoleon look-alikes).
