Pulitzer Prize winning photographer Lucian Perkins and his wife Sarah Tanguy threw a casual theme partyat their Mt. Pleasant home. Following the hosts’ request, most guests dressed in a t-shirt that theydeemed good, bad or tacky in its appearance or fit. An eclectic group of friends including artists,writers, politicos, business types and dilettantes made for an atypical and amusing Washington party.
