National Gallery of Art Director Earl A.(Rusty) Powell III and his wife Nancyinvited 100 guests to a summer celebrationand viewing of contemporary art on July18th. Heoffered, “ I’ll shave it off as soon as everyonelikes it.” We spotted quite a few pregnantGen X-ers in the crowd. Is another“baby boom” on the horizon?
