In addition to a host of ambassadors that included Kuwaiti AmbassadorSalem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Quatar'sBader Omar Al-Dafa, Yemen's AdbulwahabAl-Hajiri, and Agentine Ambassador DiegoRamiro Guelar; other ball guests in attendance were White House Chief of ProtocolDonald Ensenat, Energy Secretary SpencerAbraham, Supreme Court Justice Sandra DayO'Connor, Secretary of State Colin Powell,and political pundit John McLaughlin.
