Taste of the Stars
A Stellar Evening

Over 350 guests attended the Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation’s annual “Taste of the Stars” benefit at the Four Seasons Hotel on November 19. Masters of ceremonies were Brett Haber of WUSA and Laura Evans of Fox 5. The event evolved into a wonderful celebration of Starlight’s recent merger with Steven Spielberg’s Starbright Foundation, which creates products and programs to help seriously ill children enjoy a better quality of life. The highlight of the fete was the live auction, which raised record funds to provide mobile entertainment “fun centers” for children in local hospitals. The evening netted over $170,000 for the MidAtlantic chapter.
