Something for the Boys

This year’s Kennedy Center Spring Gala paid tribute to the great Broadway musicals of the 1940’s. Honorary Chair Julie Andrews, and co-chairs James Kimsey and Joseph Robert hosted the star-studded gala. Broadway stars Barbara Cook, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Elaine Stritch, along with Irish tenor John McDermott and opera singer Frederica von Stade, performed in the Concert Hall after an elegant dinner. The night concluded in the Roof Terrace Restaurant with dancing and music from Big Ray and the Kool Kats.
