THE EVENT
Hosted by Enrico and Andrea Cecchi and Josh Bolten and
Dede McClure, the party helped raise the profi le of the Elsie Whitlow Stokes
School, a public charter institution in Mount Pleasant where students learn
core subjects in either English and Spanish or English and French.
THE SCENE
After cocktails on the patio, guests gathered in the library to view a
video about the school, which has been called an exemplary model for urban
elementary education.
