THE ARTS Washington Life congratulates owner and curator Marsha Ralls as The Ralls Collection marks its 15th anniversary. Her gallery, which specializes in contemporary painting, photography, prints and sculpture, opened in 1991 and has hosted over 150 exhibitions.
