THE SCENE: The outdoor portico of DAR Constitution Hall was the perfect setting for a summer silent auction and raffle with a night of dancing under the stars. The event benefited the Higher Achievement Program, a non-profit group that has been helping children since 1975. After hors d'oeuvres - and an open bar - DJ Doctor Robot (a.k.a. Tanner Campbell) spun tracks for over 300 guests until the early hours of the morning.
