As we know, the District is chock full of lecture opportunities, but they tend to focus on the think tank/policy set.  You can escape the ins and outs of healthcare reform with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty’s new series of salon style lectures on architecture and design. I showed up for the inaugural event, notebook in hand, to hear famed architect Christian Zapatka discuss the highs and lows of historic restoration in the modern, livable home.
