German Wines at the Embassy of Germany

by Public User Archive

Join GiraMondo Wine at the Embassy of Germany to taste some of the best wines this country has to offer! Look forward to an evening to remember enjoying wines, food, and the company of fellow wine lovers. We will taste some of the varietals Germany is known for including Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Silvaner, etc… We will also taste lesser known varietals such as St. Laurent, Blauer Portugieser, Spatburgunder, Scheurebe and more! We will tour the German wine regions of Mosel, Pfaltz, Rheingau, Nahe, Mittelrhein and Rheinessen through 10+ wines. You will also have the opportunity to taste and compare the different level of sugar in the German wines from Kabinett all the way to Eiswein.

Paired with these fantastic wines will be light appetizers representing both traditional German foods and a selection of Asian finger foods that marry particularly well with German wines.

The embassy is a beautiful and exciting place to have this tasting. Enjoy the décor and grandness while you enjoy the wines and food! Prost!
