Please join WOMA Friday, June 25, 2010 from 6:00 to 9:00pm for the Ist Annual WOMA Awards. We will celebrate the professional and personal accomplishments of four amazing women who are not only brilliant but use their brilliance to serve, uplift, and inspire others. These women exemplify the definition of womanifesting and we want to honor them.
We are planning a womanifesting experience that will energize your spirit and inspire you to shine your light even brighter. The reception will take place in the Grand Ballroom of the Josephine Butler Parks Center located at 2437 Fifteenth Street, NW, Washington, DC, a beautiful Renaissance-revival style mansion overlooking Meridian Hills. The center is rich in history and was named for the late community leader, Josephine Butler, who was a champion for park revitalization, education, and a host of other social change initiatives in Washington, D.C. and beyond.
Please invite your friends, family, and colleagues. Besides this event providing a wonderful occasion to celebrate, network, and be inspired, it also serves as a fundraiser for WOMA’s important work for women and girls. We appreciate both your attendance and support.
We also invite you to become a SPONSOR and a member of the Host Committee to add to the success of the event. If you are interested, please contact us at woma@womanifesting,org.
