Guest's at the 2010 Vodka-Off

Smith and Wollensky held an intimate and special vodka tasting event hosted by the Jubilee Support Alliance; a non-profit organization which seeks to provide quality rental housing to the residents of the Adams Morgan community. One hundred guests took their seats in the private section of the restaurant, where each setting had one glass of Belvedere, Belvedere Extreme, Belvedere Rasberry InfusionChopin, Ciroc, and Ciroc raspberry vodka to taste. Waiters bustled around room with delicious small plates of raw oysters, blood orange arugola salad, duck confit, and pork belly to accompany each tasting. The auction took place at the front of the room, where guests could bid towards weekend getaways, and yes, a $3000 bottle of Belvedere vodka.  Best of all, proceeds went towards the JSADC.  We couldn’t think of a better way to have fun while giving back.
