Fashionable Life: Another Season Bites The Dust!

The much-discussed and much-anticipated Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2011 Season at Lincoln Center is finally over.

As the end of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2011 approached, I took a moment to take in all the work, infrastructure, and staff it takes to make a Fashion Week and my final conclusion, is that fashion and the industry surrounding it is a necessary evil. There is an entire economy that depends on fashion and regardless of whether or not, we loved the collections, or will wear the trends come Spring, or if we even care, fashion and Fashion Week are a very important piece of our culture and I am so grateful and appreciative that I got to be a part of it.
