PARK IT ON THE DANCE FLOOR

Ring in 2011 in style with the Park Hyatt’s luxury package – two tickets to the hotel’s New Year’s Eve party featuring an open bar, live music, a tapas and dessert buffet and of course a Champagne toast at midnight. HOLLYWOOD ON THE HUDSON

Hudson Restaurant & Lounge will transform its luxurious interior space to roll out the red carpet in preparation for the who’s who of DC for a night to remember – Hollywood-style. Hudson’s Hollywood style New Year’s Eve celebration will include paparazzi photos taken at the door, celebrity look-alikes, heated & decorated tent designed by O’Neill Studios, a Guest DJ, and a champagne toast at midnight. The night will offer an early four course dinner for $50 per person and a later seated dinner beginning at 8pm featuring Chef Zavala’s four course menu inclyding organic and sustainable vegetables, meat, poultry and fish for $80 per person.

MAKE THE HEADLINES

You won’t want to miss The Newseum’s Headliner’s Ball this New Year’s. From 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. unique cocktails and food will be served, courtesy of Wolfgang Puck. You can dance the night away with DJ Scientific of “Scientfic Beats” and The Mustangs Band. The package also includes access to exhibits and a countdown to 2011 on the 40-foot by 22-foot HD screen. HAPPY BUDDHA NEW YEAR

Buddha Bar will be offering a traditional and  vegetarian menu with complimenary champagne and coffee this New Year’s Eve. Seatings at both 6 p.m. 10 p.m. will be available.
