It’s the year of the rabbit! And with the Chinese New Year beginning February 6th, Chinatown’s Ping Pong Dim Sum is serving up a specialty menu in honor of the month surrounding the new year, focusing on bringing luck, fortune and the coming of spring. Executive Chef, Darren Wightman departs from the traditional menu to create a Beef Shitake Mushroom Rice Pot as well as White Fish & Seaweed Roll with Spicy Sesame Sauce (eaten for happiness and prosperity). For dessert, a Chinese Chocolate Brownie and Blood Orange Sorbet, which represents wealth and good fortune.
