From Lanvin, to Karl Lagerfeld, to Missoni, major luxury designers are still lining up for their turn at limited edition diffusion lines.  Next up: Jason Wu.  Get a sneak peek for what’s store for his collection, coming soon!

… and speaking of diffusion lines that have come and gone… it looks as though there are still some Missoni items up for grabs on eBay, including one pair of rain boots for an astonishing price.

Looking for something flashier and far less expensive?  Check out what hot Versace H&M look Anna Della Russo was seen wearing BEFORE it his stores!  But men, take note. Women are not the only ones who can line up for the collection!

Not interested in a lower price point?  Well, the Olsen Twins have you covered… except you’re going to have to wait.  According to sources, their $39,000 crocodile backpack has sold out.  Who knew their name could be synonymous with the likes of Hermés, Louis Vuitton or even Victoria Beckham?  Not Anderson Cooper

… and speaking of the world of handbags, it looks like Louis Vuitton got quite the “animalistic” makeover.

Hermés announced it has opened its first stand-alone store in Mumbai with an expensive line of saris for its Indian customers.

Looking for something for the little ones in your life?  It looks like Marni is next to jump on board the well-appointed tot train.

Karl Lagerfeld announced that he was tired of glasses leaving marks on tables.  Naturally, he has now turned to designing glasswares… with matching coasters.  When asked if Chanel was fine with it Karl remarked, “I can do whatever I want. Exclusivité is very démodé.”  Which is true, since he just came out with a line of scarves… with his face on it.

There are blowdrys at a salon and then there are truffle blowdrys.  See which salon now offers one priced at $500.

… and now for an outfit made entirely out of chocolate.

What goes great with chocolate?  Wine!  See what wine maker has paired with Banana Republic for newer, chicer labels.

In case anyone was interested, there was a New Jersey Fashion Week last week.  The pictures speak for themselves.

Across the ocean in a sophisticated land, Paris Fashion Week wrapped up.  See the last of the designers to showcase their collections:

… and what would a fashion week be without some news?

At the Miu Miu show, curtain bangs seem to be the new trend.

Not to be outdone, from the ice show for FW11, check out Chanel’s theme for their SS12 fashion show.  It left some singing verses from The Little Mermaid.

On drier land, see how Louis Vuitton’s show took shape.

But the biggest buzz was Kanye West’s anticipated show and the aftermath that followed.  It’s still leaving some people at a loss for constructive criticism.

Now that the SS12 fashion weeks have completely wrapped up, it’s time to present the top ten trends to follow next year.
