Tired of being in the same old bar crawl all the time? Then it’s time to sign up for the hip-hop bar crawl, taking place on Saturday, April 15 from 2 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. This lively drinking event is set to the tune of hip-hop music at six different bars on and around U Street. The lively beats are exactly what this 12-hour event needs to keep everyone up and on their feet. Purchase wristbands ($5) at any time during the crawl to take advantage of discounts on drink specials at each bar along the crawl. Here, the bar line-up.

First Stop

Where: Tabaq Bistro; 1336 U St. NW
When: 2 p.m.-4 p.m.
Music: DJ Kayo playing West Coast classics

Second Stop

Where: Touchdown, 1334 U St. NW
When: 4 p.m.-5 p.m.
Music: DJ Jimmy Phingaz

Third Stop

Where: Ulah Bistro, 1214 U St. NW
When: 5 p.m.-6 p.m.
Music: DJ Que playing 80s and 90s New York hip-hop

Fourth Stop

Where: Islander, 1201 U. St. NW
When: 6 p.m.-7 p.m.
Music: DJ Oso Fresh playing original tunes sampled by famous hip-hop artists

Fifth Stop

Where: Tap and Parlour, 2001 11th St. NW
When: 7 p.m.-8 p.m.
Music: Bro DJ

Sixth Stop

Where:Queen Makeda, 1917 9th St. NW
When: 8 p.m.-2:30 a.m.
Music: DJ R.B.I. “and company” playing all-time favorites
